Communicating with someone doesn’t just have to be about taking. Often people find it difficult talk about emotions or experiences but find images, quotes, art, music, writing much less invasive. Using, creative arts in this form is meaningful, safe and provides us to explore new things whilst bring validation to our experiences and exploring our emotions. Coloured Hearts nurture this within workshops and group settings with the aim to explore new experiences, connect and reflect.
